Rubber Back Rugs On Vinyl

Lego doll imported

by Peter Mair

I saw the guy from McDonald's forget my order in half. I have always patience. Spend all day with that beanie smiling ... I remember the stories my friend Luke, who worked at the McDonald's of Núñez when we were in college. So, in general, I stand. The hope. I saw him start my order: put the two glasses in the soda machine, and pure Taylorism, because they teach that since you can go to the kitchen carrying the dirty trays, etc .- wanted to take the ten seconds it takes for glasses completed and turned, looked back empty tray with the ticket on hold and got distracted [STILL HERE]

Sony Dvp-sr200p Dvd Hack

Peter Mair

The first thing that comes to mind the word "touch" is my friend Gimenez, schoolmate, in the graduation trip, the last year of high school. And more specifically the bus that took us back to the hotel after a trip to Cerro Catedral. While others had slid downhill in a plastic sled, the more skeptical men we had hidden to smoke and piss in the snow, behind a log cabin. I smoked and it was like watching a teacher not to come, but actually looked Gimena I was with a purple sweater, laughing and taking pictures with the other girls. [STILL HERE]

fehlende Das Jahr des Juan Salvatierra

Mairal, Pedro
The missing year of Juan Salvatierra
from English by Dagmar Ploetz.
Hanser, August 2010

hides the secret of a father in the Chase painted his biography - a "total" image that sixty years Living on the border between Argentina and Uruguay says.

the age of nine, Juan Salvatierra falls from his horse: He lives in short supply, but will be silenced for ever. Self-taught, he has devoted himself to painting from now on, with twenty he began to record his life on giant screen roles. So magnificent like sequences occur in neoprimitivem style, in which Salvatierra will capture the fluidity of reality: a street party for example, which is transformed during the military dictatorship in a raid or a painter, who conducted the landscape like an orchestra. As Salvatierra dies, his son, Miguel travels from Buenos Aires to save the almost four kilometers measured work of art. But the canvas roll missing for the year 1961. It begins an adventurous search across the river, the Miguel reveals the secret of his family and the touchstone of its existence. A visually stunning novel in the best tradition of Argentine, who explored the connection between art and life, and offers subtle insights into past and present of the country.

Mairal Pedro was born in 1970 in Buenos Aires. Adolfo Bioy Casares, Guillermo Cabrera Infante and awarded him as one of the most original voices of Latin American literature, the Premio Clarín. Last published the novel A Night with Sabrina Love (2002), which was also filmed.

Asado verbal. Young Argentine literature

"asado verbal offers a perfect selection of text and replaces the evidence that the younger generation of Argentine writer has to say. (...) Write in style, fresh and lively and are usually stronger in the vernacular at home, as it was previously used to in Argentina. Above all, many distinguished representatives of the new generation of Argentine writers a mocking or ironic gaze with which they view the world. "

Eva Karnofsky , Germany radio, books market, 4 June 2010

"A good start in young, partly subculture-oriented literature in this country offers the just-published anthology Asado Verbal . (...) Asado verbal presentation of fifteen short stories varied, and together form a varied and nuanced picture of the Argentine society.

Eva-Christina Meyer

"Who wants to learn the views of the younger generation to know Argentina is coming to this anthology is a must."

Peter B. Schuhmann , SWR2 Book Forum, 11.07.2010

", edited by Timothy Berger and Rike Bolte anthology brings together a total of 15 texts. Highlight can, for example the story of Pedro Mairal which outlines the basis of the vacation travels of the narrator's numerous long-term changes, changes in the landscape, in the composition of the group of travelers, the material possibilities of the family and much more. The individual sections - or rather stages of life - flowing imperceptibly blurred just like the houses on the roadside during the rapid passing. (...) For an excellent introduction to the contemporary literature of the country, the recently published paperback "asado verbal" (...) Very strong is also the story of Félix Bruzzone, who is working up the Military dictatorship turns: In his text, a small business owner buys a discarded military vehicle. The more he uses the army truck, the more he employs his father, who was arrested in the days of dictatorship and disappeared. "

Thomas Völkner , focus Latin America, July 2010.

"Yesterday bought, not now regret! This is a good sign. And who knows, maybe I'm grad moved to Argentine literature to give the continent a chance to time (...) Since the purchase I take appetite for meat "

Alexandra Price , Blog " apropos garnix "

"For short story lovers, the book is worth reading in any case and, if you want a little taste of Argentine literature, could come here to enjoy. I for one hope that I one or the other authors one day meet again. "
